Office cleaning services

Walk into a clean, stocked office every morning. We clean suites, headquarters, and multi-tenant buildings after hours, on the nights you choose.

Clients form their first impression in your office, and your team spends most of its week there. National Cleaning Group keeps it clean from the front entrance to the last conference room, with crews that work after your people go home.

We clean single-tenant headquarters, suites in shared buildings, and full multi-tenant properties. Every account has a dedicated account manager, and every crew member is background-checked and trained.

What we clean in your office

A standard office program covers:

  • Lobbies and reception. Entry glass spot-cleaned, mats vacuumed, furniture dusted, floors cleaned.
  • Workstations and private offices. Trash emptied, reachable surfaces dusted, carpets vacuumed.
  • Conference rooms. Tables wiped, chairs straightened, whiteboards cleaned on request, floors done.
  • Restrooms. Fixtures, mirrors, partitions, and floors cleaned. Soap, paper, and liners restocked.
  • Kitchens and break rooms. Counters, sinks, tables, and appliance exteriors wiped. Floors mopped.
  • High-touch points. Door handles, switches, elevator buttons, railings, and shared equipment.
  • Interior glass. Partitions, sidelights, and doors.

Each area gets its own frequency. A busy restroom may need service every night, while a private office used two days a week can go on a lighter cycle. You pay for the work your space needs.

Common areas and tenant suites

In a multi-tenant building, the property manager usually pays for lobbies, corridors, elevators, and shared restrooms, and tenants may contract for their own suites. We price these separately and name every area in the proposal. Vacant suites are marked and left off the bill. When a tenant moves in or out, your account manager updates the plan.

Scheduled around your business

Most offices choose after-hours cleaning, and the building is ready at opening. Before the first night we agree on:

  • The nights per week and the start and finish window
  • How to handle suites where people are still working late
  • Keys, access cards, alarm codes, and lock-up procedures
  • Any building rules on elevators, loading docks, or badging

If your office has a busy lobby, steady visitors, or restrooms that get heavy daytime use, add day porter services. A porter restocks, handles spills, and keeps common areas presentable while you're open.

More than a nightly clean

Offices also need periodic work that a nightly crew doesn't cover. We can add it to the same contract:

  • Floor care: vinyl tile stripped and refinished, burnished between cycles, and carpets extracted to lift ground-in soil.
  • Disinfection services: touchpoint programs, or an added visit when you need one.
  • Light facility maintenance: lamp changes, ceiling tile swaps, and small fixes reported or handled the same night.

Exterior windows can be priced during your assessment.

How we keep standards consistent

Supervisors inspect your building on a regular schedule. Your account manager takes requests directly and answers urgent ones fast. Changes to the plan or the nights are confirmed before they take effect.

A certificate of insurance is available on request for your property manager or landlord. We are insured and bonded.

Starting a new office contract

After you approve the proposal, we confirm access, keys, alarm codes, and supply needs, then set a start date. In the first weeks your account manager walks the space with you and adjusts anything that doesn't match what you expected. The crew works to the updated plan from the next visit.

What office cleaning costs

Price is driven by square footage, nights per week, restroom count, floor types, and any porter hours. A 10,000-square-foot office with two restrooms cleaned three nights a week is a very different job from a busy headquarters cleaned five nights. Our guide to commercial cleaning costs explains what moves the number. Planning to go out to bid? Read how to hire a commercial cleaning company.

Questions facility managers ask

What does an office cleaning visit include?

Trash and recycling, restrooms, kitchenettes, vacuuming, damp-mopping of hard floors, dusting, high-touch wipe-downs, and interior glass. Conference rooms, open offices, and private offices can each be set on their own frequency.

Can your crew clean after hours?

Yes. After-hours cleaning is the most common office schedule. We agree on a start and finish window, how occupied suites are handled, and who manages keys and alarms. If your building restricts after-hours access, we can schedule a daytime crew instead.

How do you handle multi-tenant buildings?

We price common areas and tenant suites separately, since they often have different paying customers. The proposal names each lobby, restroom, and suite included, and vacant or subleased space is left off.

How is office cleaning priced?

After a walkthrough. Square footage, restroom count, nights per week, floor types, and porter hours set the price. You get a written monthly quote for your building.

Can you add floor care or a day porter later?

Yes. Floor refinishing, carpet extraction, disinfection, and day porter hours can be added to your contract at any time. Your account manager confirms the change and the price before the new work starts.
