Request the assessment

Call (202) 968-1190 or email info@national-cleaning.com.

The fastest way to a real cleaning price is a short walk through your building. We see how it is used, ask about your schedule and access, and send a written proposal you can take to your boss or procurement team.

How to book

Call (202) 968-1190 or email info@national-cleaning.com. Tell us:

  • The street address of each building, and suite numbers if you lease part of a property.
  • The building type: office, medical office, school, warehouse, store, hotel, or public building.
  • Approximate square footage, and what it includes.
  • The days you want cleaned, and whether the work happens after close, before open, or during business hours.
  • Any access rules: badge hours, alarm procedures, escort requirements, or loading-dock limits.

Already have a scope or an RFP? Attach it. We respond to every line and flag questions before the walkthrough.

What happens on the walkthrough

We walk the building with you or your designated contact and note the details that affect the price.

Traffic. A lobby with visitors all day needs more attention than a back-office floor that empties at five. Restrooms, break rooms, and entrances get frequencies that match their use.

Floors. Vinyl tile, sealed concrete, carpet, and stone each need different care. Worn traffic lanes mean a floor stripping and waxing cycle goes into the plan.

Timing. When can the crew start, and when must they be gone? Does the building need daytime coverage? The answers decide between a night crew, day porter services, or both.

Logistics. Keys and badges, parking, janitor closets, supply storage, and areas that need special handling. Access and badging rules go into the plan at this stage.

Schedule. We serve facilities nationwide and set crew hours around how your building runs.

What the written proposal includes

Your proposal includes a written scope and schedule for the building, plus:

  1. Every area covered. Lobbies, suites, restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, docks, classrooms, or exam rooms, named individually.
  2. Tasks and frequencies. What happens nightly, weekly, and monthly in each area.
  3. Crew hours. When the team is on site and how many hours of porter coverage you are buying, if any.
  4. Periodic work. Floor care cycles, carpet extraction, and disinfection programs, each shown as its own line.
  5. Supplies. Who provides chemicals, equipment, paper, soap, and liners.
  6. Your price. Changes such as an added night, a new suite, or extra porter hours are priced without reopening the contract.
  7. Your account manager. The person responsible for your account, and how supervisor inspections are handled.
  8. Insurance. A certificate of insurance, available on request.

Comparing proposals

When you line our proposal up against others, check that each one covers:

  • The same nights, the same restrooms, and the same porter hours.
  • Periodic floor care included, or billed later as a separate invoice.
  • Who buys paper, soap, and can liners.

Multi-site portfolios

Managing several buildings? We assess each one and give every address its own area list and schedule, with a combined invoice and one account manager across the portfolio if you prefer. Tell us which sites must start together and we will plan badge processing and onboarding around that date.

Medical practices can review medical office cleaning before the visit and send any compliance paperwork your office requires with the first email.

Questions facility managers ask

Is the facility assessment really free?

Yes. The walkthrough and the written proposal cost nothing, and there is no obligation to sign. You learn what your building needs and what it costs, whether you hire us or not.

How long does the walkthrough take?

It depends on the size and layout of the building. A single office suite is quick. Campuses and multi-site portfolios take longer, and we can walk sites on separate days to fit your schedule.

What should we have ready?

The address, the building type, square footage if you have it, the days you want cleaned, and your access rules. If you have a current scope, vendor schedule, or RFP, send it ahead and we will compare line by line.

What does the written proposal include?

Every area in scope, the tasks and frequencies, crew hours, floor care and disinfection cycles, who supplies consumables, your price, and what would change it. A certificate of insurance is available on request.

We have more than one location. Can you assess them all?

Yes. Send the site list and we will plan the walkthroughs together. Each address gets its own area list and schedule, and you can choose one combined invoice with one account manager for every site.
